Mansfield (Donegal)
In the 1870s Francis Mansfield of Castlewray was the owner of over 1200 acres in County Donegal and the family also held land in County Tyrone. Reverend George Mansfield was among the principal lessors in the parish of Donaghmore, Barony of Raphoe South at the time of Griffiths Valuation. The Mansfields acquired what had been a Wray estate in the barony of Kilmacrenan around 1800.
