Heygate
Sir Frederick William Heygate was the owner of over 3300 acres in County Donegal in the 1870s as well as over 5000 acres in County Derry. He had married into the McCausland Gage family of Bellarena in that county. At the time of Griffiths Valuation in the 1850s he was among the principal lessors in the parishes of Donaghmore and Urney, barony of Raphoe South, County Donegal.
