Quinn
In the mid-19th century the Reverend John Campbell Quinn, rector of Donoughmore, county Down, held seven townlands in the parish of Aghabog, five townlands in the parish of Currin and two in the parish of Killeevan, barony of Dartree, county Monaghan. The Reverend John C. Quinn of Beech Hill, county Down, married Mary Stewart daughter of Trevor Corry of Newry. In 1876, the Reverend Quinn with an address at Rathfriland, Newry, county Down, owned an estate of 1,471 acres in county Monaghan. Reverend Quinn died in 1882 and his will was proved by his executors John Thomas Campbell Quinn of Tower Hill, Newry and Robert Erskine Quinn, in 1883 (Wills and Administrations, 739 http://www.willcalendars.nationalarchives.ie/search/cwa/home.jsp)
