Corscadden (Inishowen)
James Corscadden was among the principal lessors in the parish of Moville Lower, Barony of Inishowen East, County Donegal at the time of Griffith’s Valuation in the 1850s. He and others are recorded among the Chief Tenants owning over 1200 acres in the county in the 1870s.. Local sources suggest James Corscadden was a ship owner in Derry in the 1840s.
