Graves (County Waterford & King's County)
Robert Graves, MD, was among the principal lessors in the parish of Ardmore at the time of Griffith's Valuation. In the 1870s was recorded as owning over 900 acres in county Waterford but he had in fact died in 1853. His son, Lt.Col. William Grogan Graves, of Cloghan Castle, Banagher, King's County was the owner of over 927 acres in county Waterford as well as over 1800 acres in King's County.
