Steele (Slevoir)
In February 1853 the estate of Mary Steele at Slevoir, barony of Lower Ormond, county Tipperary and an annuity due on other lands in county Tipperary were advertised for sale in the Encumbered Estates' Court and again in July 1853. The original lease of Slevoir was from Baron Newport to John Blumfield [Bloomfield] dated 1748.
