Kelly (Birr)
In the 1870s Charles J. Kelly of Parsonstown [Birr] owned 687 acres in county Tipperary. He would appear to be the eldest son of Hubert Kelly medical doctor of Birr, King's County (Offaly), a junior branch of the Kelly family of Glencara, county Westmeath.
