Jones (Clogher)
Joseph Jones and Morgan Jones held land in the parishes of Clogher and Clonoulty, barony of Kilnamanagh Lower, county Tipperary in the mid 19th century. William R[obertson] Jones of Tudor House, Monkstown, county Dublin, owned 2,493 acres in county Tipperary in the 1870s. In 1883 reference was made to William Robertson Jones and the lands of Cloneyharp, Garvanmore, and Derrymore, in the parish of Clogher, with regard to the Prevention of Crime (Ireland) Act, 1882, proclamation of Tipperary Co, see http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/commons/1883/apr/27/prevention-of-crime-ireland-act-1882
