Benn
In the mid 19th century Mrs Rebecca Benn held land in the parish of Kilvellane, barony of Owney and Arra, county Tipperary. In 1840 the Ordnance Survey Name Books refer to Dromore as "chiefly a demesne with a good dwelling house, held by John Benn".
