Antisell
Christopher Antisell is reputed to have purchased Sraduff, parish of Dorrha, barony of Lower Ormond, county Tipperary, in 1709. John Antisell of Parsonstown married Ellis Burke of the Elm Hall family. Their daughter, Lucinda, married Thomas Lalor Cooke in 1816. Griffith's Valuation records Christopher Antisell holding land in the parish of Dorrha. In the 1870s Monsell Antixell of Paronstown owned 342 acres (= acreage of Sraduff) in county Tipperary. The Ordnance Survey Name Books note a Maunsell Antisell resident in Clonfinance, parish of Loughkeen, barony of Lower Ormond, in 1841.
