Massy (Kingswell)
John Massy, son of Charles Massy and his wife Margaret Spread Cummins and grandson of the Reverend William Massy, was living at Kingswell, near Tipperary town, by the early 1860s. Kingswell was formerly a Sadlier home and was known by the name Sadleirswells. In the 1870s John Massy of Kingswell owned 1,303 acres in county Tipperary and 432 acres in county Limerick.
