Fitzpatrick (Glenahiry)
Maria Fitzpatrick was among the principal lessors in the parish of Kilronan, barony of Glenahiry, at the time of Griffith's Valuation. In May 1850 over 450 acres of her estate in the barony of Glenahiry was offered for sale in the Encumbered Estates Court. Further property in Waterford City and lands in county Kilkenny were sold in the Landed Estates Court in May 1865. The Waterford properties were bought by a Mr. Howard and Patrick Power, in trust, while the Kilkenny lands were bought in trust for Patrick Murphy.
