Thomas Wright Watson, Esq. of Kilmanahan Castle, was the eldest son of William-George Watson, Esq. of Chigwell, Essex, by Harriet his wife, daughter of Hugh Atkins, Esq. of Acton, Middlesex, and grandson of Thomas Watson, Esq., of Hayden Hall, near Ruislip, Middlesex, who was son of Thomas Watson, of London, and grandson of Robert http://www.archive.org/stream/selectionofarmsa00burk/selectionofarmsa00burk_djvu.txt Watson, of Cockfield Hall, co. Durham, In the 1870s Thomas Wright Watson of Kilmanahan and London owned 810 acres in county Tipperary and 1,339 acres in county Waterford.
