Clarke (Mallow)
John Clarke held land in the parish of Mallow, barony of Duhallow, county Cork at the time of Griffith's Valuation, which he was leasing to the Reverend Philip Atkins and John Longfield. [In the 1870s John W. Clarke of Mortlake and Mrs Mary E. Clarke of Dublin owned 2,518 acres in county Cork.]
