Honner
In 1666 Lieutenant Colonel John Honor was granted 2,164 acres in the barony of East Carbery, county Cork. In the 1870s, Mrs. Mary Honner of Rathmore, Kinsale, was the owner of over 1000 acres in county Cork. Rathmore was a Cramer home and in 1851 Caroline Elizabeth only daughter and heir of Robert Honner of Clancool, county Cork married Marmaduke Coghill Cramer. At the time of Griffith's Valuation, Robert Honer was among the principal lessors in the parish of Desertserges, barony of East Carbery. Robert Honner was involved in the production of cloth in early 19th century Cork. Emily Isabella daughter of Robert Honner of Leemount, county Cork, married George Rowley in 1830.
