Millner
The estate of Samuel Millner was one of the principal lessors in the parish of Ballymoney, barony of East Carbery, at the time of Griffith's Valuation. 50 acres of this estate at Edencurra were offered for sale in the Landed Estates Court in January 1862. The sale notice indicates that the property was held on lease since 1788 from the Cox estate. Millner family history suggests Samuel's son George was resident in England in the latter part of the nineteenth century.
