White (Frankfort)
John White held townlands in the parishes of Ballingarry and Kilmeedy, barony of Connello Upper, county Limerick at the time of Griffith's Valuation. The townland of Frankfort had been in the possession of Richard Standish circa 1840. John White was probably the eldest son of Henry White of the city of Limerick, who married in 1829 Aphrasia Augusta daughter of William Cox of nearby Ballynoe.
