O'Brien (Parkview)
John Stackpoole O'Brien of Parkview, Tandragee, county Armagh, owned 1,769 acres in county Clare in the 1870s. He was agent to the Duke of Manchester's estates in county Armagh. John Stacpoole O'Brien had a son Captain Charles William O'Brien who joined his father in his land agency. Weir writes that William McGrath of Toonagh, county Clare, married a daughter of John S. O'Brien as his second wife.
