McDonnell (Moyour)
The McDonnell estate was comprised of the townland of Sraheen in the parish of Aghagower and 4 townlands in the parish of Kilmeena, barony of Burrishoole, county Mayo. These were church lands originally leased by the Archbishop of Tuam to Charles McDonnell in 1749. The McDonnells sold most of their estate of 1,791 acres in February 1855 and the remainder in November 1870.
