O'Brien (Fairy Hill)

The O'Briens owned land at Fairy Hill, parish of Kilmaley, barony of Islands, county Clare, from the early 19th century. Michael O'Brien held 3 townlands in the parish at the time of Griffith's Valuation. In November 1866 the estate of Michael Joseph O'Brien and John Joseph O'Brien, administrators of the will of Michael O'Brien, was advertised for sale. The estate included premises in Ennis.
