Johnston (Limerick)

Land (Cappakea, barony of Tulla Lower) and premises in the town of Kilkee, county Clare and at Greenhills, Ballyshane and other townlands in the barony of Pubblebrien, county Limerick and in the towns of Limerick and Dublin, the estate of the trustees of William Johnston, were advertised for sale in July 1873. The total acreage was 1,432 acres. The Irish Times reported that much of the lands were purchased by William Lane Joynt while the urban premises had a variety of purchasers.
