O'Dwyer (Kilmurry)
At the time of Griffith's Valuation Edmund, James and William O'Dwyer held land in the parishes of Kilmurry and Kilfarboy, barony of Ibrickan, county Clare. In April 1855 the estate of the late James O'Dwyer in the barony of Ibrickan, comprised of 803 acres was advertised for sale. Weir writes that James O'Dwyer, a magistrate, was living at Newpark in 1846.
