The representatives of Maj.General Thomas Bourke owned over 900 acres in county Kerry in the 1870s. Col. Thomas Bourke and Viscount Southwell held one townland in the parish of Duagh, barony of Iraghticonnor, at the time of Griffith's Valuation.
