Dickson & Squirl (Castlereagh)
At the time of Griffith's Valuation Harriett Dickson and Maria Squirl were among the principal lessors of property in the parish of Kilkeevin, barony of Castlereagh. In the 1870s Harriett Dickson and her husband Alexander, with addresses in Dublin and Carra Hill, Clones, county Monaghan, held over 1400 acres in county Roscommon. Maria Squirl was leasing property in the parish of Ballycarney, county Wexford, at the time of Griffith's Valuation.
