The Kenmare estate held a property valued at £9 in Dromhale townland at the time of Griffith’s Valuation. Bary states that this house was sometimes lived in by an estate agent. It is no longer extant. The nearby property of Sunday’s Well seems also to have been part of the Kenmare estate although at the time of Griffith’s Valuation it was being leased by Walter Murphy, MD to Joseph Fishbourne and was valued at £13. It is no longer extant and this area has been extensively built on.
