Built by the Reverend Joseph Duncan on the shore of Kylemore Lake in the early 1850s and run as a hotel for sportsmen. Occupied by Talbot Clifton in the early 20th century and for a time by St John Gogarty after Renvyle House was burnt in the 1920s. Still run as a guest house by Nancy Naughton.
