At the time of Griffith's Valuation, Robert Carroll was leasing this property from Eliza Ridgeway when it was valued at £20. It is still extant and occupied. It is named as Blenheim House on both the 6-inch and 25-inch Ordnance Survey maps though it now seems to be known as Blenheim Lodge.
