This appears to be the house known as Broomhill which was a Radley residence. The house is named Ellen Ville on the first Ordnance Survey map. At the time of Griffith's Valuation Dr Thomas Godfrey was occupying Ellen Ville, valued at £14.15 shillings and held from William Furlong.
