This house seems to have been constructed after the publication of the 1st edition Ordnance Survey Map but it appears on the 25-inch edition of the 1890s. Richard Oliver was leasing this property to Francis Creagh at the time of Griffith's Valuation, when it was valued at £9 10s. A house and substantial farm are still extant at the site.

Lewis refers to Dromartin as the residence of J. Creagh in 1837. At the time of Griffith's Valuation, John Creagh was leasing this property from Richard Oliver when it was valued at £4. No house exists at this location now.
